A new clothing company is raising funds to sell clothes in America.
The brand, Clothing By Design, has been making clothing in New York for the past three years and has offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights.
The clothing line includes clothes for men and women, as well as children’s apparel, shoes and accessories.
The company was founded in 2015 by David and Mary Soderstrom, a couple who live in Brooklyn.
Their company was originally called Stitch and Thread.
“Stitch and thread is the name of a fabric used in sewing and is a very popular and beautiful fabric,” said David Soderstorm.
“It’s a fabric that’s easy to work with, easy to cut and it is very lightweight.”
The clothing line has had success, and has grown to have about 30 employees.
It is available in sizes from S to M, with a variety of styles and colours.
It is a new brand for New York, and is not connected to the Soderstons.
“We don’t want to be part of the S-Town phenomenon,” said Soderstorms’ husband, David.
“The only thing that we are going to do is make clothing for people who want to make a change.”
The company is also selling clothing through online retailers, such as Amazon and Target, and through third-party retailers such as Forever 21 and BOGO.
The new line has not yet received a formal announcement from the Sversteins, who have yet to comment on the move.
The new clothing, which was inspired by the recent fashion trends of the time, includes t-shirts, hoodies and pants that are made of cotton, rayon and nylon.
“I wanted to make clothes that are comfortable and warm and beautiful and I wanted to give people that freedom,” said the company’s founder, Mary Søderstrom.
A lot of people have already asked for clothing made in the US, but for many, it’s not something that they can buy right now.
According to an October report from the Brandwatch Institute, clothing sales are expected to hit $3.6 billion in 2020, and they are expected increase by another $3 billion to $7.3 billion by 2025.
More: Soderstrom’s company has raised $3 million from investors, including investors from New York’s real estate developer, the Rockefeller Foundation and a local philanthropist, as part of a $25 million round.
Søderstrans clothing line will be available to purchase in New Jersey and New York. Comments »
